DID YOU KNOW . . .
Plowshares opened its new home on January 14, 2008. The new facility has an expanded use permit that now allows us to serve evening meals. This means that we can begin to address the fastest-growing hunger need in this community—school-age children and low-income workers who are unavailable to access our meals and other services during normal work and school hours. More space also gives us great potential to serve the community in new ways.
Stay tuned as we embark on this new adventure! And thank you for the support that makes this building and ongoing program services possible.
